I've got a little confession to make: I've got a crush on balconies.
My husband knows it, 'cause any time I see one, I go nuts. There's something about that tiny, mostly suspended space that appeals to me. It just makes me curious to look into them, or to sit in them for a cup of coffee and a little chat. Curious enough to stare at them for the longest I can.

I don't have a particular favorite style. What I do fancy, though, is when the balcony has flowers. Those are the ones that turn me on. Not in that sense. I knew your minds would go wandering about. ;)
Lucky for us, our little Casa Haus has a balcony of its own. It's probably one of the features that captured me the most. I've shown it here before, but for the ones that haven't seen it, here it is. Ladies and gentlemen, our little balcony.
It's very boring right now, but I have big plans for this little guy. I'd love to add some (you got it) flowers. And maybe even a chair or two. I really think it's got potential.
But I still have to do some thinking as to which direction I want to go with the balcony. There are so many great ones out there! Just take these for instance!
Oh so chic! (And oh so moi!)
This is very different from our own, but isn't it pretty?
Again, very different, but I love it. This is so Mexican. Typical of little towns.
A little more urban style, with tiny flower pots. So cute.
This picture's probably one of my favorites. Somewhere in Europe.
This is were I really go nuts. Can't. stop. staring.
Speaking of going crazy, look at these gorgeous balcony in my favorite city: Paris!
That's a room with a view!
I love the work in this metal balcony.
Why limit yourself to one, when you can have two floors with balconies?
I love the plants here!
So, what do you think? Which one's your favorite? Any ideas for my own balcony?
I'm anxious to know what you think!
